Every item sold here is pre-owned. Each listing describes one single physical garment, in one size, with a condition grade, written condition notes and photographs of any flaw.

Signs of wear that are described in the listing or visible in its photographs are part of the item and are reflected in the price. They are not defects.

Because there is only one unit of each item, adding it to your cart does not reserve it. The item is held for you for 30 minutes once you begin payment; if payment is not completed, it returns to sale.

Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is shown separately before payment.

A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email after successful payment. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details.

We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item turns out to be unavailable or was listed at a clearly incorrect price.

Orders over €200 ship free to Europe and Ukraine. Below that a flat rate is shown at checkout. Parcels are dispatched within two working days with tracking.

Risk passes to you on delivery. Import duties outside the European Union are payable by the recipient.

Consumers in the EU may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, in line with Directive 2011/83/EU. Items must be returned in the condition they were sent, with all labels attached.

If an item arrives with a flaw that was not disclosed in its listing, we pay the return shipping and refund you in full.

All items are verified as original Stone Island or C.P. Company before listing. If any item is ever shown not to be original we refund the full amount and cover return shipping, with no time limit.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the law of [JURISDICTION]. Consumers may also bring proceedings in their country of residence.
