RETURNS

You have 14 days from delivery to report a problem. We accept returns only if a piece has an undisclosed flaw or does not match its description — it has to come back in the condition it was sent, with all badges and labels attached.

Signs of wear that are described in the condition notes or visible in the photographs are not grounds for a complaint — they are what you bought. If a piece arrives with a flaw that was not disclosed, we cover the return shipping and refund you in full.

Every product page lists exact hand-taken measurements, so you can check them against something you already own before ordering. Because the fit is fully disclosed, we do not accept returns for the wrong size or for simply not liking a piece once it arrives.

Reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and the reason. We send return instructions within one working day. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of the parcel arriving back.
