RETURNS

You can return any piece within 14 days of delivery. It has to come back in the condition it was sent, with all badges and labels attached.

Signs of wear that are described in the condition notes or visible in the photographs are not grounds for a complaint — they are what you bought. If a piece arrives with a flaw that was not disclosed, we cover the return shipping and refund you in full.

Reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and the reason. We send return instructions within one working day. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of the parcel arriving back.
