WHERE WE SHIP
Europe and Ukraine only. That covers the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and the Western Balkans. We do not ship anywhere else, so those countries are not offered at checkout.
FREE OVER €200
Orders over €200 ship free to every country in Europe and to Ukraine. Below €200 a flat rate applies and is shown in the cart before you pay.

DISPATCH
Orders for Europe are packed and handed to the carrier within two working days. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the label is scanned.
Shipments to Ukraine go out once a week, every Saturday. An order placed on, say, a Tuesday still ships on the following Saturday, not before.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Orders inside the European Union carry no additional duties. For Ukraine and the other non-EU countries we serve, any import duties or taxes are set by the destination country and are paid by the recipient.
