PRIVACY POLICY

To fulfil an order: your name, email address, postal address and, if you give it, your phone number.

If you sign up for new-arrivals emails, ask to be notified about a similar piece or a wishlisted one selling, or offer us a piece of your own: your email address, and for that last one, whatever you tell us about the item.

Technical data needed to serve the site (IP address, browser type) is processed by our hosting provider in server logs.

Your cart is stored in your own browser's local storage. It never leaves your device until you start checkout.

Only if you accept cookies: the Meta pixel records which pages of this site you view and which buttons you press, which pieces you look at, add to your cart and buy, with their price and the order total, together with your IP address, browser details and a cookie identifier, and sends them to Meta.

To perform the sales contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): processing your order, taking payment, shipping and handling returns.

With your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): the sign-ups above. You can withdraw consent at any time — every newsletter email carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and writing to us removes you from any of the others just as easily.

With your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given through the cookie banner: measuring and improving our adverts on Instagram and Facebook with the Meta pixel.

To meet legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): keeping accounting and tax records.

Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database and image hosting), Sendcloud and the chosen carrier (delivery), and Vercel (hosting). Each acts as a processor under contract and only for these purposes.

If you accept cookies, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd receives the data collected by the Meta pixel. We and Meta are joint controllers for collecting that data and sending it to Meta; what Meta does with it afterwards is covered by Meta's own privacy policy. Meta may transfer it to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

We do not sell personal data. Apart from the Meta pixel, which only runs with your consent, we do not share it for advertising.

Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires, then deleted. Enquiry emails are deleted once the matter is closed.

The Meta pixel cookie expires after 90 days, and is deleted as soon as you withdraw consent.

Newsletter sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe. A notify-me, wishlist alert, or sell-to-us request is kept for as long as it's still useful for what you asked — a wishlist alert, for instance, is deleted automatically the moment we email you that the piece sold — and removed on request at any time.

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your data, and object to processing. Write to us and we will answer within one month.

Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time as easily as you gave it, without affecting anything already done based on it beforehand.

You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

Storage strictly necessary to keep your cart and your language choice is always used and needs no consent.

The only other cookie is Meta's advertising cookie (_fbp), set by the Meta pixel only after you choose Accept on the cookie banner. If you decline, the pixel never loads. Your answer is kept in your browser so we don't ask again, and you can change it at any time through Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
